Founder & CEO

 

Donald Lear, the President & CEO of LEAR INTERNATIONAL LLC., has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 35+ years in the management of Hotels, Casinos, Restaurant Chains, Mass Merchandisers, large Food Service companies, Retailers, Bakeries and Resort Properties. Key positions have included Vice President of Restaurants Plus, a division of ARAMARK Services, where his responsibilities included overall management of Sales, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Client Relations and Merchandising; Vice President of Food and Beverage for Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, which produced more Food and Beverage profit than any casino in the world. CEO for Naugles Corporation which specializes in award winning Mexican- American QSR’s.

Tim Parrott

Project Management

 

Tim as a wealth of experience in managing projects. His Credentials include a BS Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati along with an MBA in Finance. Some past projects include Hospitality management/development for Procter & Gamble, General Electric, General Motors, Barona Casino and Amtrak.

Alexa

Hospitality Development

Alexa’s formal credentials include a BS-Regional Development, University of Arizona, Masters in Urban Planning, University of California, Irvine. Special Skills include Pro Formas, Complex Financial Forecasts, Site Analysis and Permitting, Financial and Reporting Compliance, and Cash Flow Models. Alexa has extensive experience helping governments and developers solve problems-mitigate a financial gap, evaluate site constraints or determine viable land uses. Adept at overseeing the entitlement process, a background in restaurant management, and a love for excel combine for strength in retail site identification and permitting. When no tow situations are the same, excellent analytical skills, lasting professional relationships, and the innate ability to see critical paths are Alex’s invaluable contributions.

Jim Hicks

Senior Operations Consultant

Most recently Jim was Senior Vice President of Domestic Operations for over 200 Johnny Rockets locations throughout the US and Canada. Jim’s leadership experience with Fast Casual, Quick Service and Full Service Restaurants includes tenure with Fresh Enterprises, (Baja Fresh, La Salsa, Canyon’s Burgers), El Pollo Loco, Prandium, (Hamburger Hamlet, Koo Koo Roo California Kitchen and Chi Chi’s. Taco Bell and Yoshinoya key positions have included Vice President of Operations Services, Training and New Store Development. Jim’s Expertise is in Restaurant Operations, Franchise Relations, Growing Sales & Profits, Development of High Performance Teams, Process Improvement, Cost Management Systems and Training Programs which are “Built To Last”.
